Wow! That doesn't look like a 650 calorie meal! Are you sure about your calculations? Depending on your weight loss goals, this might be an okay meal. If you're going to lose weight you should have an idea of how many calories you'll take in every day. If it's a 1200 calorie diet, this is more than half your day's calories ... if you're going to take in 1800, then it's just about a third. Make your decision based on the other things you'll be eating for each day.
