Not labeling people but what kind of guy is this? ( like a clique) or something.......?

i saw him walking in the mall he was wering converse all star and looked like he drew some sad facis and brokin hearts on them......he also wore black skinny jeans i think a little to tight........ um what else o yeah! a studed belt wich was silver...........and a the used band t shirt wich was like tight to whare you could see half of his belt and black.......... and red and black striped arm warmers.......... not labeling but what kind of teen ager is this? i have never seen anyone wering these type of clothing
