FLEAS!!! How do i get rid of them?

We.ve tried sprays, powders, bombs, boric acid, salt, and walnut hulls.... theyre still taking over our house! Any recomendations? Weve spent a ton of money on the other stuff, so please cheap and easy will do it for now. thanx!
