What are some tasty dishes I can make which can be served at room temperature?
pasta and a sauce... my fave is tin of tomatoes, v finely diced garlic and chilli and a sprinkle of sugar together with whatever herbs & spices you like. I like cayenne pepper, american seasoning, mixed herbs, some oregano too, black pepper. Simmer it til the veg is soft and stir in pasta. If the sauce is too thick add less veg or use pata. Obviously you can add whatever other veg you like. The sauce is freezable so you could make a big batch. When I make it it never tastes the same twice tho!! Serve with garlic bread or homemade crusty bread if you can do it (i cant!)
