Do all Christian universities and colleges in Ontario require you to have gone to a church?

Every application, you need to have some kind of reference from a pastor or you have to tell what church you go to. I don't have a church, although I am Christian. I'm just wary because there is so much false teaching in this world, like replacement theology, and saying that Jesus is not the only way to heaven....I don't want to wind up in a situation where the church I would go to would suddenly drop a bombshell like that and I'd have to be uprooted all over again.
