Can someone explain the eviction time line to me in english?

the court will usually rule against you if you don't show up so they must have found out you were in jail and postponed it. that's why it's listed as open. landlord will have to get another court date which probably won't be too long. it's an in and out deal if you aren't contesting it so they fit them in just about anywhere. then i think in broward they don't have to serve you they can still nail the notice to your door. then you have 30 days to be out.
