Cam any body help me?

currently i am using matlab 7.9 and i have one problem that i made a model for triggering of scr in which i made zero cross detector. these component was taken from simscape and simpowersystem. now problem that simscape and simpowersystem component did'nt connect through a common ground and shows the error the algebraic and differential state equation failed. how that can be connected?
