Well,it's a possibility that Naruto could correctly transform into the 9 - Talied fox, but they would have to get along for that to happen, and given the fox's nature, I highly doubt that's going to happen. Also, I do believe that Minato thought of a planto teach Naruto some special techniques many years after his death; he's just a beast like that.
