Will my graphics card be compatible with Fallout: New Vegas?

I was wondering if Mobile Intel� HD Graphics in my Toshiba Satellite M645 would be compatible with fallout: new vegas. I don't want to waste money on a game that wont work. I think the most recent games with high graphics card requirements i have that will run are Starcraft 2 and Demigod, if that helps at all.
