Will a cranberry tablet affect a urine test? And what can I take for abdominal pain?

Today I was starting to feel some abdominal pain and pressure in my bladder.What is there to take besides Uri-stat for the pain? I know Uristat will affect the results of the test cause it discolor the urine.I did take a cranberry tablet.Will that affect my results of the urine test? I got Tylenol but is that good to take for adominal pain?
