Whether i am right or wrong?

i had a frnd in abroad with whom i fell in love and i wantd to tell it when he coms back, but unfortunately a decisive stage came where he pulled me to come out of the truth because he was trying that for long time saying many things they are seeing grl for him and he do not want to get that, etc, etc, so i understood that he wants me to tell and i at last i told him that i love him. he said thanks for telling that. then i also spoke of marraige at once. then three days later he said he cannot love. then after some when i asked about marriage he said he has to think of three things, yet to ask and then only he can tell. but he did not tell yet. my frnds advised me to rush him up to tell everything immediately, or else stop talking he will run behind u. but i dont want to do so and i want him to come in his own way and tell. whether i am right or wrong. even after that he is as same talking to me on phone, ws telling what happens there, when he rang up to his home, etc,
