What's the name of that new song?

I was watching one of the music video channels on Cable and I heard a song, but I'm not sure what it's called or who it's by. The girl was singing "The tide is high, but I'm holdin' on. I'm gonna be your number one." So I'm not sure if it was a remix of that song, but it's a rap song. The girl singing was black and there was raps and stuff. Help?
