Vietnamese New Year Marshmallow Toss?

I'm in charge of a cultural winter holidays activity and would like to do something for Tet, the Vietnamese New Year. I've read other places about a marshmallow toss, but am unable to actually find details on how to play. If anyone has details on the game, or where I could find out more information, that would be great.
