My daughter's marriage was arranged on 27th April 09 at Haridwar. How & where to register it ?

We are living at Ahmedabad (Gujarat). The Groom is working at Noida, native at Haridwar (Uttarakhand). We both the parties do have all the necessary proofs viz. Pport, Voter's Card, Driving Lic. etc. Pl. guide us as to where the registration of marriage should be done ? Does any agent offer services for the job ?
