How to get prescribed Vicodin?

I'm 18, not addicted to any drugs, but i keep getting bad headaches. Lately I've noticed it interfering with my school work. Ive got 3 months left and don't want to screw up my graduation. I smoked weed once to relieve it, but didn't like how it made me feel. Right now I am on imitrex, but its barely taking the edge off. My friend gave me a low dose vicodin, which took all the pain away. I didn't get high, or a euphoric or invincible feeling, i simply felt normal again. I don't like the idea of taking drugs but if anyone has some advice or know of something better than imitrex and not addicting i would appreciate it thanks!
