Can I install a CAI or SRI on my '08 subaru impreza 2.5i non turbo?

Would I be able to install a cold air intake or short ram intake on my impreza that is a non turbo, also would I get much horsepower gain and would it be good for the engine. I would also like to know which would be better the CAI or SRI.
